Historic and technical information

Denomination :     107mm Minomet | Origin :       ( Russie)           | ||||
Historic context :
Like most of the nations in war, the Russian armies tried to find a quick answer to the German minenwerfers from the end of 1914. While the arsenals and industrials were developing designs from a blank page or inspired by foreign weapons, improvised mine throwers were built close to the frontline by the Army technical units. |
